2. How we use it
Email for verification and reminders. Profile info shown on your listings to logged-in users. We do not sell data.
3. Visibility
Name, org, designation visible to logged-in users. Phone is click-to-reveal. Email never publicly displayed.
4. Cookies & analytics
Session cookies for login. We use privacy-respecting product analytics (Microsoft Clarity and PostHog) to understand usage and improve rndlist. No advertising cookies.
5. Retention
Data kept while account is active. Request deletion: hi@rndlist.com. Archived listings removed after 12 months.
6. Third parties
No sharing except as required by law or basic infrastructure (hosting, email, analytics).
